I solve problems for people making change that matters.

I’m Jennifer Myers Chua. I help organizations creating positive change make a bigger impact with better creative, smarter strategy, and thoughtful solutions.

I’ve spent my career identifying challenges and solving them beautifully and effectively. For organizations creating real change, ideas need to work in the real world, not just look good in presentations. The stakes are too high for creativity without strategy.

My journey began with dog-eared Nancy Drew mysteries and afternoons rifling through library shelves, sparking my love for uncovering solutions. That childhood fascination evolved into a professional passion for problem-solving—questioning inequities, exploring how systems function, and taking meaningful action for causes I believe in.

Design and user experience are powerful tools for change. At their core, they’re about empathy. Understanding people, their needs, and the stories that connect them to the world. Creative thinking turns insight into impact, and that’s where I thrive.

Today, I help purpose-driven organizations turn their big ideas into meaningful impact. From problem-solving kid to strategic creative leader, I blend critical thinking, curiosity, and creative instinct to craft solutions that work.

    Curious. Creative. Collaborative.

I help brands get unstuck by identifying what’s really in the way. Engaging stakeholders, testing ideas, and uncovering the challenges that matter most. Through storytelling, design, and strategic thinking, I develop solutions that are not just visually compelling, but truly effective.

Let’s create something that makes an impact.
